Pressure-regulated casting technology is a counter-gravity casting technology developed on the basis of differential pressure precision casting technology. It has advanced technology principle, strong filling capacity and high feeding capacity. It has obvious improvement effect on metallurgical quality and mechanical properties of precision casting plant. This technology is suitable for high quality precision casting of large complex thin-walled castings, and has been successfully applied to the engineering integral casting production of aluminium alloy castings, with broad prospects for development.
 
 
 
Characteristics: 1. Experiments on aluminium alloys show that the tensile strength and elongation of pressure-regulated casting specimens are increased by 8-10% and 100-150% respectively compared with those of traditional gravity casting specimens, and their properties are significantly improved. 2. Pressure-regulated forming precision casting technology can keep excellent filling ability while the liquid metal enters the casting cavity smoothly, and improve the filling ability of castings. The thinnest part can reach 0.25mm and the outline is clear; 3. Filling and solidification under the adjustable pressure difference will increase the temperature gradient and solidification speed synchronously, which is helpful to form more uniform and dense fine grains; 4. Vacuum treatment is introduced in this technology, so that the porosity of the castings can be restrained obviously and the castings can be obtained through. Superheat treatment further strengthens its strength and properties. 5. Its unique casting technology makes the precision casting of large complex thin-walled castings a reality, and it is possible to remove risers, so as to improve the utilization of metal raw materials.
